Nothing! Raggedy!! Very uncomfortable beds! Full sized not Queens. Room was supposed to accommodate 6, No couch bed had nephew sleeping with head part down ,feet up. Same with full size beds in room. Room had no door. Tv & fridge not working.

I booked a room and confirmed my stay through booking.com. But when I got to the hotel, they said they were overbooked. I did not have a hotel room for the night, and walked around the casinos for 10 hours. Not happy.

I have booked over booking.com and paid in advance by arrival the lady didn't even say hello or welcome or anything she only said ID and credit I told her I have paid in advance she said no we are not giving you your room and we are not taking your debit card she said I should not have booked over booking.com she even not excused or anything I was on phone waiting in line over 30 min by booking.com no one picked the call so I decided book myself another room where I was staying before I came special for the Iheartradio festival and was in a hurry when I arrived in my new hotel I called again booking.com and could luckily cancel my stay in Extended stay do not book there you will regret it

The lady that checked us in was absolutely lovely, she had said a water main burst so they were scrambling to move everyone and find rooms so hence why some of our issues may have been. Over all it was close to everything good value for money.
